History has always belonged to people who could see beyond what was in front of them.
Someone once said:
“Change is created by those whose imaginations are bigger than their circumstances.”
Think about that.
There was a time when people listened to cassette tapes, and someone imagined carrying thousands of songs in their pocket.
There was a time when people lived in garages, spare rooms, and vans while building companies that would eventually change the world.
Their circumstances did not determine their future.
Their imagination did.
Most people are faithful to their current reality.
They describe their problems. Their limitations. Their bank balance. Their age. Their past.
A smaller group of people do something different - they describe the future.
They speak about the business they are building before it exists. The life they are creating before they can afford it. The contribution they intend to make before anyone is paying attention.
And then, little by little, they gather people to their cause.
Because, and this is a Truth: No one is coming to hand you the life you want.
One day, your time will run out, as all of ours will.
When that day comes, will you be able to say, “I gave my imagination, I gave myself a chance”?
Or will you look back and realise your circumstances became your excuse?
Here is the plan:
- Be crystal clear about what you want.
- Describe it often.
- Tell people.
- Write it down daily.
You never know who is listening, who can help, or who has been waiting for someone brave enough to say, “This is the world I intend to create.”
