Today's minimotivator #26-2010: Hope

Mignon McLaughlin wrote, "Hope is the feeling we have that the feeling we have is not permanent."

Have you had that thought: the one that says it's ok because what I'm feeling, or what is happening to me, will pass?

That's a good thought to have. It grounds you and helps you remember that the situation is not permanent. You will survive, you will feel better.

Make sure you keep having that thought. Write a note to remind you to have it. It's powerful and it will transform you and get you through anything.

Today's minimotivator #190-2009

Christopher Reeve said: "Once you choose hope, anything's possible."

Have you ever felt that a task was impossible to achieve? If you have felt like this and then given up, it's very likely that you lost hope.

Next time you're in a difficult situation be hopeful that you can achieve your goal and chances are you will.
