Today's minimotivator #33-2010: Fishing

Roderick Haig-Brown said, "There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home."

Fishing is like everything else you really like doing. No matter whether you win or lose, or don't catch anything, you are still doing it.

What can be better than that? Winning of course but as much as I like winning you cannot win all the time and that is when wanting to be there no matter what really helps.

Zenna Scha said, "Give a man a fish and he has food for a day; teach him how to fish and you can get rid of him for the entire weekend."

Bit of a funny for Friday. However, it is true that once you teach someone something that they really get into and love, you have given them something to do for a long, long time that will change their life and make them very happy.

Teach someone to 'fish' this weekend.
